They will give you a partial fuel surcharge while lowering their freight tariffs to customers.

They also ignore your Qualcomm messages you send them in an effort to keep you from asking them important business questions.

They make you sit for days while loading around you; claiming that they made a mistake.

They will not get you home no matter what.

You will sit for days waiting for a back haul and the loads do not pay any better than they did five years ago.

I recently took a load out of desperation that paid a $1.10/mile. Am I proud of this? No, but what else is a person to do if you are only getting one load a week? I was forced to take the load out of desperation. Their answer, we sent you loads but you refused them. All the loads sent either put me in bad spots where I would have to deadhead back to civilization and in the end I would have done the load for nothing. No profit.

All the layover spots are filled w/ team driven trucks. They continue to recruit even though they do not have enough freight to go around. They also cut our throats by brokering out some of our freight. They would rather have you sit for days which cost us while they continue to make money because our expenses cost them nothing.

I have had it with them. They treat their O/O's that have been with them for years like crap if you stand up and say NO MORE.

Why do they take part of the fuel surcharge? Last time I looked, I was filling my tank, not them.
